So you are planning a graduation party and need some ideas for fun activities and games to play. If you are looking for printable graduation party games, you have come to the right place! Here you will find everything from a free printable graduation word search to who knows the graduate best questions. Some of these printable games are available for purchase in our Etsy shop, others are completely free for your personal use.
To kick things off at your party, a word search is always a great starter game to play. Here is a free printable graduation word search game. Print out a copy for each player. Then set a timer for 5 minutes and have everyone race to find the words on the list. Once time is up, find out who found the most words making that person the winner of this game! You could also run a non-timed version of the game, where everyone races to complete the word search first. Whoever does so, is the winner.
Here is another free printable that is fun to play. Print out an A to Z School Challenge sheet for each guest and have them write down the name of a college or university next to each letter of the alphabet. The person who can list the most within a designated amount of time is the winner! Or you could go over everyone’s list, having players circle only unique answers that no one else gives. The person who has the most circled in the end is the winner.
In this game, guests will be answering questions about the graduate to see how well they actually know them! When is their birthday, what is their favorite food, and where did they just graduate from? How many of these questions can your guests correctly name?! The person to get the most right wins!
Players will need to fill in the name of guests who fit each description on the Find Someone Who list. Each person can only appear on your list once though, so be sure you put Aunt Bertha in the right spot! After a designated amount of time, see who has the most filled out. That’s your winner!
How many of these candy bar trivia clues can your guests name? See who can get the most right within a 5-minute time frame. The person to guess the most correct is the winner.
Have your guests write out nice words of wisdom for the graduate or write a to-do for them to add to their lifetime bucket list. Each activity will print out with 2 cards per sheet.
This listing includes 2 different Graduation Cap Game Announcements. The first is a cap hunt where guests have to find as many hidden mini graduation caps as they can. Graduation caps are not included and have to be purchased separately. You can find them over on Amazon.com here.
The second graduation cap game is like the steal a clothespin game, where when you say a forbidden word you have your favor taken away from you. Instead of using clothespins, you use mini graduation caps! Again caps are not included with your purchase and can be found on Amazon.com here.
In the Graduation Candy Dice Game, each player starts with 4 candies and the rest of the candy goes into the center. Take turns rolling a die and following the directions on the sheet. Once a player has no candy left they are out of the game. The last player to have candy remaining is the winner!
In this game, you’ll be competing with your friends and family to see who can come up with the top three survey answers! The order doesn’t matter so you will still score points as long as you guess one or more of the top three answers. You will receive 2 different games with answer keys and I’m sure will wish for more as this is always a hit to play!
This is another free printable game to play. Print out a sheet for each guest and have them see how many words they can make using only the letters found in the word “Graduation”. Each letter can be used only once throughout the word and each word has to be 3 letters or more. No answer key is provided with this game but you can do a quick Google search to find out all of the possible answers.
In this free printable, have each guest write down a personal memory they have with the graduate. Be sure they don’t use their name or other really telling information. Then have the graduate read each of the memories aloud, guessing who wrote what memory. For each one they guess correctly, that person is out of the game. For all of the memories they could not guess, enter those players into a special drawing, where you pick out one memory to be the winner of the game.
To set up this printable graduation game you will need 12 different photos of the graduate at different ages in their life. Put each photo displayed up on a poster board and number them one through twelve. Then print out a guessing sheet for every player. Everyone then takes a look at each photo and wrties down their guess as to what the age of the graduate was in each picture. The person who guesses the most correctly is the winner.
In this game, give each guest a printout. They will then go through and give themselves however many points for the items that fit them at the moment. The person that ends up being most like the Graduate (with the highest points!) is the winner!
In the Finish Their Phrase game, have the graduate be the answer key. Give them a sheet to fill out as the “correct” answers. Then everyone else marks down what they think the graduate will write to complete each of the words on the sheet. Go through the list giving everyone that matches the answer key one point. The person with the most points at the end of the game wins!
Teens will have fun with this game! Everyone grabs their phones and checks off what they have on the list. Add up all the points and whoever has the most points wins the game!
To set up this printable graduation game, fill a clear jar or container with chocolate kiss candies. Be sure to count them up first so you know how many you are filling into the jar. This will be the answer that you are trying to get your guests to guess! Then print out the free printable here and cut the sheets into individual squares. Give each player a square to write their name and guess on. The person that comes the closest to the actual answer without going over is the winner!
Get ready to write down your best and most unique answers! There are a number of categories with 4 letters and 1 blank on the sheet. Write down your best answers that fit the categories beginning with those letters. The person to have the most unique words will win!
Print out a Yes or No sheet for each player and distribute it. Then have your guests circle whether they think the graduate will answer yes or no to the questions provided. Have the graduate go through the list of questions and answer them truthfully. The person to get the most correct wins!
Have the graduate fill out one of the Over Under Same sheets and use that as the answer key. Then print out a copy for each player and distribute it. Have everyone circle whether they think the actual answer is over, under or the same as the number given in the sentence. When everyone is finished, read through the answers the graduate gave. The person to get the most correct is the winner.
Give each player a copy of the Price Is Right guessing sheet. Then have everyone write down their best guess as to how much each of these listed essentials costs. Whoever comes the closest to the actual retail price without going over gets a point. In the end, have all guests tally up their points and the person who has the most is the winner.
In Name That Cake, pass out a sheet to each player and set a timer for 3 to 5 minutes. On your go, have all players try to guess as many cakes as they can with the clues given. The person who guesses the most correct after time is up is the winner!
For this game, you will need to print out a Would They Rather sheet for each guest and distribute it. Then have all players circle which choice they think the graduate will pick. Have the graduate go through and also circle their answers, making an answer key for you. Then read out the graduate’s answers and have guests give themselves one point for each correct guess. The person with the most points at the end is the winner!
In this activity, party guests will race to unscramble graduation-related words. The person to unscramble the most correct answers wins! This is also a good activity sheet for the classroom. The answer key is provided.
